Forethought would have been NICE!!

See now, I'm sitting here and this commercial is going off about how easy it is to just open the pre-made pre-packaged container of, okay instead of chocolate chip cookies, M&M cookies..Mind you've I've been seething for years over this one and several others. Why?!

It's right about 1978, in my parents kitchen with my best friend. We're concocting things. One of them being THESE cookies..Which mind you went on to become my families favorites. Over the years I've added pecans to the chocolate chips cookies and oatmeal. I was right around, I'd say 22 when I saw the first commercial for MY COOKIES..ARRRGGHHHHHHHHGRRRRRRRRRRRR...Who Gave them my recipe..Where are my proceeds. Yeah.

So many recipes over the years found on TV as a commercial 15-20 years later. Friggin EH..NOW, when I come with something overly creative and strange, I run taste test(s). Really. Make up a few dozen of a possible "IT", take it around to the neighbors, family,hell I've even taken it to the local grocery store and asked the staff to taste.

I swear to god I'm marketing my own things from now on..It could have been MY Goodies out there, but NOOOOOOOOOO..FORETHOUGHT apparently was far to much WORK..Sigh..

While I also make home made confections, candies, I'm much more mindful now. I will one day come up with something so strange and highly delectable that I will begin marketing my own products under my registered company/name.

I have a love for food. For the gourmet styles in life. To be highly creative, original and create unique one of a kind savory dishes that are healthy and tasty. I partake in multiple "forums" or board for chefs, which isn't it odd that while I've been a part of a "chefs" community for 20 + years, NOW it's HIP to be on FORUMS about cooking..Well GO FREAKING FIGURE..

Seriously considering starting up my own web site for home chefs and others to be a part of a "monitor" board for feedback. No, they'll be no gifts or awards per say, but positive, learning feedback, to become better in the gourmet realms of cooking & baking. NO, NOT DRESSED UP MAC & CHEESE EITHER. Testing each others recipes, reviewing the contents of spices and their effectiveness in the recipes. Yeah, I know there's boards out there similar to this, but usually it's a you make it, post it and if we make it we MIGHT give you feedback. Okay okay its but a thought in the process still and the appropriate structuring of it, to be functional and educational and a step in the direction of beginning renowned one day..Off to mull, ponder and beat myself over the head with ANOTHER cookie recipe made up LONG before PILLSBURY EVER came out with it..
